![]() ![]() I have tried manually reconnecting it in the settings, I've tried deleting the Windows Audio settings file (as previously recommended to Brian), I have checked to make sure drivers are updated and installed and yet my device reads as if it is not connecting. I needed to get in to rerecord a vocal part on a track and, having prepared everything for setup and initialization, I double clicked my Studio One executable only to have it tell me it couldn't connect my interface. I actually had my Zoom R24 working as recently as last week. I may be a bit late to the party on this one but I'm having a similar situation with a bit of a twist on it. So I can only suffice that Studio One 3 does not like my Zoom R16 ASIO drivers for some odd reason.Īnyway thanks for your help, I appreciate it guys. However I usually run a Maudio Fasttrack Pro on my laptop setup which does work fine with SOP3. Both computers are running windows 10 and are Dell XPS models.Įdit: I just installed SOP3 on my laptop and I have the same results with my Zoom R16. I am downloading Studio One onto my laptop computer to see if the problem exists there as well. I tried the ASIO4ALL wrapper and that did work and allowed me access to my Zoom R16. The program can see my device and is listed in the audio menu but just cannot connect for some odd reason. Ok I deleted that whole Settings folder after uninstalling SOP3 again, still no joy with the ASIO driver. This will reset the Studio One's settings back to their original clean versions and will hopefully make the Studio One recognise the Audio Interface.Īlso if you have not already done so, remove the old SO3 demo you have on your system just so you can rule out any conflicts.Īnother alternative is to try see if ASIO4ALL will recognise the interface is there and see if routing through that will work. ![]() Go into your Roaming folder (Help menu > Open Settings Folder, and remove the ttings file. Please watch them as there may be a small step your missing. I can see my audio device in the selection, It just gives me the error message when I try to connect to it.īriandhughes wrote scottyo7 wroteThese videos may help. I have watched them videos before which episode 12 I can't do because it assumes you can select your audio device. What is also strange is I tried the demo of version 3 sometime back and did not have any problems. Thanks but this is not a new interface and it is working fine in all other programs including Studio One Pro version 2 on the same computer. When it opens you should see your interface listed in the Playback and Recording devices listings. You access those (usually) by right clicking on your speaker icon in the system tray. Lastly, since it sounds like an all new interface, there's a good chance you'll also have to re set up your "Playback Devices" within Windows. Please watch them as there may be a small step your missing.Īlso, I'll assume you selected your interface within the "Audio Setup" panel in S1 V3. ![]()
